This action was brought by Fannie Mae Simpson to recover damages from the Broadway-Manhattan Taxicab Corporation and Robert Barnes, Jr., on account of injuries, which she alleges were received in consequence of an attack made upon her by Robert Barnes, Jr., an employee of the Broadway-Manhattan Taxicab Corporation, a common carrier, when she was a paying passenger in one of the taxicabs of the defendant...
