This is an action by the plaintiff to recover damages which allegedly resulted from criminal conversation by the defendant with plaintiff's wife. The alleged adulterous acts of the defendant with plaintiff's wife, which form the basis of this action, occurred after the separation of plaintiff and his wife because of similar conduct of the wife with two other men, and after divorce proceedings...
