Mrs. Rosea Trahan, plaintiff-appellee, brought suit against the Palms Hospital, Inc. and Michigan Mutual Liability Company, its insurer, for injuries sustained in an accident on May 6, 1960, on the premises of the Palms Hospital, Inc., in Abbeville, Louisiana.
