PER CURIAM.

Respondent claimed $75,000 as damages for alleged personal injuries which he averred he received when an automobile in which he claimed he was a passenger was struck by appellant's unattended flatcar. We shall hereinafter refer to the parties as they were designated in the trial court. After the jury found for defendant, plaintiff was granted a new trial on the grounds that the trial court erroneously admitted and refused to strike the testimony of defendant...
