This is a suit filed by plaintiff under the provisions of the "Uniform Declaratory Judgment Act of Louisiana", for the purpose of declaring a certain alleged oil, gas and mineral sub-lease by Albert J. McDonald as sub-lessor to Robert W. O'Meara as sub-lessee dated June 26, 1956, covering the hereinafter described property cancelled, terminated, forfeited and of no further force and effect, and that the defendant Robert W. O'Meara no longer holds or enjoys...
