Defendant was tried and convicted on a charge of Receiving Stolen Property of the value of more than $50, a felony. The state's principal witness, defendant's seventeen year old cousin, Kenneth, testified that the defendant came to his house on November 29, 1960, and asked him if he knew of any place where they could make some fast money. Kenneth indicated he knew of a place, and defendant and the youth drove to an apartment near 15th Avenue...
