The decedent, Mrs. Josephine Calcagnio (or Calcagno) wife of Milchiori Quartararo, died in the city of New Orleans where she had her residence and domicile, on February 25, 1958, leaving a last will and testament in nuncupative form by public act dated February 9, 1952, which reads in part as follows:

"At my death I leave, give and bequeath to my beloved husband, Milchiori Quartararo, all the property, of whatsoever nature and...
