PER CURIAM.

Appellant petitioned the trial court for a writ of habeas corpus. He is being held without bail on a charge of first degree murder. The petition was denied and petitioner now appeals. Petitioner admits he shot and killed the deceased. His only complaint is his claim that the facts presented to the committing magistrate are not sufficient to show cause that petitioner committed murder in the first degree. More...
