In this action brought by the seller's assignee to recover from the buyer the balance due on the sale of two used copra expellers, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment, after a nonjury trial, which, while in plaintiff's favor, is in a reduced amount because of offsets allowed the buyer for damages for the seller's breach of warranties.
