This is an appeal from a declaratory judgment order made by the Probate Court for the District of Bennington, pursuant to 12 V.S.A. § 4712, construing the provisions contained in the Last Will and Testament of Effie R. Mattison as it relates to the estate of her daughter, Barbara M. Mattison.
