Each of the two plaintiffs owns an undivided 1/20th interest in the property; the remaining co-owners (herein referred to as "appellants") are Mrs. Laura Serpas Brady and Acme Land & Timber Co., Ltd., each of whom owns an undivided 9/20ths.
