Arthur Abraham Peisner and Morris Disman were jointly indicted for transporting in interstate commerce, for the purpose of sale and distribution, 1560 paper-bound books containing obscene, lewd and lascivious material, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1465 (1958).
