This cause is before us as the result of an action as against an insurance company, as defendant, to recover the amount of a judgment obtained by Robert Lee Harris, plaintiff, for injuries received in an automobile collision. On December 31, 1956, the plaintiff was riding as a passenger in an automobile driven by an insured driver when the automobile was involved in a collision.
