This is a motion by which the plaintiff seeks summary judgment against all the named defendants jointly and severally in the amount of $5,097.33 and against the defendants Conte jointly and severally in the amount of $5,136.65. Defendant John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company opposes this motion and has made a cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as to it.
