BURNETT, Justice.

These consolidated cases involve five City Ordinances which annexed certain territories to the City of Columbia. Since the cases all involved the same question and almost an identical factual situation they were consolidated and tried together. The Chancellor heard oral proof, and at the conclusion of the proof and other legal matters presented, which will hereinafter be referred to, decided that the annexations in each instance were valid and dismissed...
