For the alleged wrongful death of their unmarried minor son, George T. Foote, III (hereinafter called George), his parents, as plaintiffs, sued Scott-New Madrid-Mississippi Electric Cooperative, as defendant, and upon trial obtained a jury verdict for $8,000.
