Defendant Charles Noel Brown was indicted for the murder of Alvin E. Koehrsen on or about February 22, 1961, in violation of section 690.1, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was well represented by an able attorney appointed to defend him. A plea of not guilty was entered and trial was had.
