The plaintiffs and the defendants have brought separate motions pursuant to rule 113 of the Rules of Civil Practice for summary judgment. The action itself is a taxpayer's action seeking to enjoin and restrain defendants from establishing a schedule of pay raises for certain elective officials of the City of Glens Falls.
