On August 30, 1960 a creditor's petition was filed on behalf of Youngstown Sheet and Tube Company praying for a decree in involuntary bankruptcy against C. C. Thomas, alleging the commission of the third act of bankruptcy (paragraph 6 of the Petition)1 and the first act of bankruptcy (paragraph 7).2
