Plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages sustained as a result of an alleged breach of contract by anticipatory repudiation. Defendants filed a counterclaim alleging the breach was by the plaintiff. This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a directed verdict in favor of defendants and from the judgment entered in favor of defendants on their counterclaim.
