Bruno Sloger brought suit in the superior court of Cook County to set aside the will of his father, Adam Sloger, deceased, on the grounds of undue influence and lack of testamentary capacity. Trial was had before a jury, which returned a general verdict in plaintiff's favor. Defendants' motions for a directed verdict, for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and for a new trial...
