Petitioner, James A. Pettis, sustained an injury to his back in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with Henning & Turnbull on May 11, 1959. Thereafter, on January 17, 1961, the Industrial Commission of Arizona, hereinafter called "Commission", entered its findings and award which included the finding "That the average monthly wage of applicant prior to injury was the sum of $428.11" and the finding "That applicant...
