This suit was begun by J.W. Brown, a sub-contractor, to enforce a lien upon the farm of defendants, Featherston and wife, in the District Court of Dewey County, Oklahoma.

The plaintiff had constructed the foundation for a barn and erected the barn under agreement with one Dean Jones, the principal contractor, who was also made a defendant herein. Jones filed...
