This appeal involves the distribution of the estate of Beatrice Miller, who died intestate on March 19, 1958, a resident of Cook County. Nine heirs were designated to receive sums ranging from $694.17 to $8,537.42. The record shows that the amount due each distributee is definitely fixed and approved by the Probate Court of Cook County.
