This case involves consolidated appeals from an order of the circuit court of Winnebago County dismissing appeals from an order of the Illinois Commerce Commission. We have jurisdiction on direct appeal under section 69 of the Public Utilities Act. Ill. Rev. Stat. 1959, chap. 111 2/3, par. 73.
