Pearl Van Camp, administratrix of the estate of Effie May English, deceased, and Ora McGinnis, one of decedent's creditors, appeal from an order of the probate court of Vermilion County dismissing the administratrix's petition to sell real estate to pay debts. The question is whether title to the property was effectively divested by the issuance of a tax deed to defendant Lester Stephenson...
