Plaintiff, Bruce Bobo,1 a steamfitter, instituted this suit against the defendants, Henry J. Kaiser Construction Company, his former employer, and its compensation insurer, Fireman's Fund Insurance Group, endeavoring to recover maximum workmen's compensation benefits2 for two jobrelated injuries to his ankle, which precipitated a third accident and ultimately totally and permanently disabled him...
