This is an action filed pursuant to 42 U.S.C.A. § 405(g), for judicial review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare. The issue presented to the Hearing Examiner was whether the claimant is entitled to child's insurance benefits on behalf of minor children under the provision of Section 402(d) of the Social Security Act.
