This is an action for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when he slipped and fell on an icy sidewalk. The case has been tried twice. The first trial resulted in a dismissal at the end of the plaintiff's case. On appeal there was a reversal, 62 N.J.Super. 224 (App. Div. 1960), and a new trial followed. At this trial there was a jury verdict for the defendant...
