Plaintiff, an attorney, rendered his bill in the amount of $2,500.00 for certain legal services he had completed for the defendant. The bill itself is undated but we find that it had been enclosed with a letter dated December 8, 1959. On the bottom of the bill plaintiff had written: "This can be paid in any manner that is convenient for you and I would appreciate it if it is convenient for you not to pay any of the sum during 1959."
