Savoy, brought suit against defendants, Audrey Cooley, Herbert Pace and Audubon Insurance Company, for the recovery of property damages and damages for personal injuries and medical expenses incurred thereby to Eva E. Savoy, allegedly sustained by Plaintiffs as a result of an automobile collision that occurred at approximately 7:15 a. m. on January 14, 1960 in the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana...
