GARFIELD, Chief Justice.

This is a suit in equity between Helen B. and Leal Hoffman, wife and husband, and beneficiaries under the will of Barbara Kranz, deceased, to determine the validity of a deed from Barbara to the Hoffmans of her home in Iowa City. Following trial to the court the deed was upheld and the beneficiaries under the will have appealed. We affirm the decision.
