Plaintiff Dixson obtained a judgment by default on December 2, 1959, for $450.00 against defendant Carter for damages resulting in an automobile collision, which occurred on March 12, 1959. On August 9, 1960, defendant Carter appeared in the same proceedings to have that judgment annulled.
