This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Don B. Card, from a decree of the circuit court which dismissed this suit. Card, claiming that he had accepted an option signed October 28, 1946, by one V.O. Stirnweis, brought this suit to secure specific performance of the option. The latter authorized Card to purchase at the time of the death of Stirnweis all of the stock which he owned October 28, 1946, in a corporation entitled Crawford & Doherty...
