This is a suit by a paving contractor, E. Percy Frasier, against Benco, Inc., and Talon Construction Company, the principal defendants, to recover the sum of $10,923.20, plus attorney's fees, for labor and material furnished in connection with the paving and resurfacing of damaged portions of certain streets in the City of Minden.
