Wallace G. Vetter died testate on October 1, 1960, survived by Evelyn P. Vetter, his second wife, and Virginia Louise Vetter, his minor daughter by his first wife, Louise Vetter, from whom he was divorced on June 16, 1945.

Among the property left by the deceased, Wallace G. Vetter, was a bank account in the name of "Wallace G. Vetter or Mrs. Wallace G. Vetter or the survivor." There was also in the bank safety deposit box rented by the deceased...
