It stems from a letter addressed by the consul "To The Judges of the Superior Court of Cook County, Chicago, Illinois," which stated that one Constantinos Dimitrios Chapralis, born in Greece, was, according to a certificate issued by the Greek Military School registered in that school and that he graduated with the rank of 2nd Cavalry Lieutenant.
