The state's attorney, in the information, charged that Leon Cohen, George Kania, Melvin Muravnick, LeRoy Hendricks, William Colangelo, John Kozakiewich, Gillis Lemieux and the defendant conspired with one another to obtain money by false pretenses, in violation of § 53-360 of the General Statutes, and that one or more of the conspirators did...
