This is an action for damages, in two counts, against a physician. The first count alleges malpractice and the second count alleges breach of an implied contract of employment. At the conclusion of the plaintiff's case, the defendant rested and moved for a directed verdict. The court reserved decision on the motion under § 234 of the Practice Book and submitted the case to the jury. The jury returned a verdict...
