This is an appeal by Edward J. Grasavage from the suspension of his privilege to operate a Pennsylvania Official Motor Vehicle Inspection Station. This suspension by the Secretary of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania was based on an alleged violation of section 834, subsec. "f", of The Vehicle Code of April 29, 1959, P. L. 58.
