This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Common Pleas Court entered pursuant to a jury verdict in favor of the plaintiff, appellee herein. The plaintiff's action was for damages for injuries alleged to have been caused by a fall when the heel of her shoe caught in a crack of two inches, or a fraction less, in width between the rear edge of the top step of a flight of three stone steps...
