Plaintiff, Dewey Jenkinson, brought this suit under the Workmen's Compensation Act against Guy Clemons and Hurshel Clemons, doing business as Clemons Bros. Lumber Co., employer and John W. Fisk Company, the alleged Workmen's Compensation insurer of Clemons Bros. Lumber Co., seeking compensation benefits for injuries said to have been received on or about August 2, 1959, claiming that said injuries aggravated an existing heart condition. Suit was filed...
