Clara Zaconick, appellant, seeks a reversal of the judgment of the District Court affirming an order of the Referee in Bankruptcy, allowing the Trustee-Appellee, to recover $9,000.00 received by Mrs. Zaconick from the bankrupt pursuant to a written lease of certain real property.
