Plaintiffs, Jack A. Hayes and Milton H. Knox, instituted this suit against Fritz J. Muller primarily for a money judgment for two-thirds of the amount which defendant is alleged to have received from the sale or assignment of a certain oil, gas and mineral lease. In the alternative, plaintiffs demand that defendant be ordered to make an accounting of all rentals, royalties and profits earned pursuant to a contract of joint adventure which is alleged to...
