This appeal resulted from a judgment entered on a jury verdict in the sum of $20,000 for personal injuries in favor of Florence D. Bohanan, appellee, against Anna Jones Bernard, appellant, the owner and operator of a vehicle in which Florence D. Bohanan was riding when it collided with an automobile owned by Waverly S. Davis and driven by his son, Charles A. Davis.
