ARTERBURN, J.
On March 30, 1960, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Sunman, Indiana, enacted an annexation Ordinance #1-1960 [Acts 1905, ch. 129, § 242, p. 219; 1955, ch. 269, § 1, p. 720, being Burns' § 48-701, 1950 Repl.] which enlarged the boundary lines of the town from an area containing approximately 154 acres to an area containing 225.0 acres more or less.
The areas sought to be annexed were each contiguous with the corporate limits...
