BRUNE, C.J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant was tried in the Criminal Court of Baltimore before the court, sitting without a jury, on a charge of bigamy, was found guilty, and was sentenced to five years' imprisonment.

In his brief, his first point was based upon the facts that his first wife testified that she and the defendant were married in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 1955, by a religious ceremony...
