This suit was instituted by Mrs. Mary S. Bennett against her former husband, Thomas G. Markley, for an accounting of certain funds allegedly held by Mr. Markley. These funds were alleged to have accrued to plaintiff's account as a result of production from oil lands upon which plaintiff held a substantial interest, as a result of oil, gas and mineral lease affecting that tract.
