Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of dismissal entered after the sustaining without leave to amend of a demurrer to their second amended complaint.

The genesis of the present dispute is found among certain competing claims to a portion of the remainder of a trust created under the terms of the will of one Anne McNally Liddle. According to such will which was admitted to probate, the testatrix created a trust in 1,000 shares of the capital stock...
