This trust arises under the will, a copy of which is hereto annexed, of Walter H. Dilks, who died April 9, 1933, whereby testator, by Item VIII thereof, gave his residuary estate to his trustees, in trust, to pay one-half the net income therefrom to his wife, Clara D. Dilks, for life, and the other one-half of the net income, and after his wife's death all of the net income, to each of his three sons, Walter Howard Dilks, Jr., John Hyland...
